Information for speakers and authors
REAL CORP conferences offer you a two-step peer review procedure. Over the last years, a large scientific reviewer team has been established. We herewith invite all participants of REAL CORP to register papers for the expert reviewing.
The abstract should not be longer than 1 page DIN A4. To write your abstract, please download the REAL CORP abstract and paper template from our download page or via MY.CORP. Do not use any other template, and do not insert your own formats into this template.
Submit your abstract on MY.CORP only. Do not send your abstract via e-mail.
Reviewed or non-reviewed paper?
Reviewed papers undergo a two step double blind selection and review process, meaning that first of all you hand in an abstract. It is anonymised and the reviewer team decides whether it fits the topic and looks promising for the conference. If so, you receive information that the abstract is accepted and you are asked to deliver the full paper. This full paper is reviewed again by our reviewer team – they rate the quality and give hints on further improvement of the paper (aspects and literature to be considered). Then you have the chance to improve the paper and hand in the final version that will be published.
With non-reviewed papers the programme committee decides if the abstract fits the conference topic and sounds promising. If so, you receive information that the abstract is accepted and you are asked to deliver the full paper that will be published.
The review process is mainly important for people with academic background because reviewed papers count higher in the scientific world. So most academics choose the review process while most practitioners who do not rely on publications or ratings of their publications choose the non-reviewed version.
The review is an important tool in enhancing the paper quality and therefore the expert output in general of the REAL CORP conference. Papers will not only be evaluated on scientific quality but also with focus on pratical relevance and “visionary approaches”. The group of reviewing experts comprises of researchers, practitioners and business experts. There is also the opportunity to register papers for non-reviewed participation. In this case, members of the organising REAL CORP team will decide on paper acceptance.
We recommend the following format guidelines for your paper submission:
- The full paper (reviewed) should be limited to a maximum of 12 pages DIN A4, font 11 pt as given in the template, including all figures, figures can be coloured or greyscale or black/white.
- The full paper (non-reviewed) should be limited to a maximum of 6 pages DIN A4, font 11 pt as given in the template, including all figures, figures can be coloured or greyscale or black/white.
Have a look at all submission deadlines for abstracts and full papers (reviewed as well as non-reviewed).
The conference fee for speakers of reviewed and non-reviewed papers is EUR 460.- per person if your registration and payment are done until 31 Janaury 2024. After 31 Janaury 2024, this fee rises to EUR 590.- per person. The conference fee for speakers is due after your abstract was accepted. If you are planning to have more than one presentation, please note that for the second and every further presentation a service charge of EUR 100.- may be collected.
