CORP offers the following conditions for participation (each fee is valid for one person):

• unlimited and free access on all conference days of REAL CORP 2027 (4-7 April 2027)
• catering at the venue on all conference days (coffee breaks, lunch breaks)
• participation at side events of REAL CORP 2027 (informal welcome meeting, evening reception, excursions and guided expert tours) as long as no additional service charge is mentioned
• conference materials incl. proceedings
• one standard conference presentation (15-20 minutes) and publication of the related scientific paper in the conference proceedings

Your conference fee includes one standard conference presentation. If you want to have more than one conference presentations, please note that each additional presentation and paper publication is charged with an additional service fee of EUR 100.-.

Nevertheless, we invite you to submit as many abstracts to the first stage of our review process as you want. You can still decide afterwards which of your accepted papers you want to have published in the conference proceedings.

We encourage participants from Switzerland and the UK to select another way of payment than bank transfer due to absurdly high bank transfer fees of EUR 14.50 which are deducted with every bank transfer from any Swiss or British bank account to our bank account.

Any conference registration on MY.CORP is binding as a matter of principle as long as the person registered or any other authorised person does not inform CORP about their cancellation of registration. Cancellation can be done via e-mail to office@corp.at, via the MY.CORP messenger, or via the contact form on www.corp.at.

For speakers, i. e. for participants who signed up for a conference presentation at MY.CORP, the cancellation charge is calculated as mentioned below:

• Any cancellation is free of charge up to 60 calendar days prior to the conference
• 90.- cancellation charge up to 45 calendar days prior to the conference
• 50 % of the standard conference fee up to 25 calendar days prior to the conference
• 100 % of the standard conference fee if we receive your cancellation later than 25 calendar days prior to the conference
• If your presentation at the conference is not held for any reason and you did not inform us about that at least 7 calendar days prior to conference start, we reserve the right to remove the associated paper from the proceedings and the online archive without refund.

For any other participants than mentioned above the cancellation charge is calculated as mentioned below:

• Any cancellation is free of charge up to 60 calendar days prior to the conference
• 90.- cancellation charge up to 30 calendar days prior to the conference
• 50 % of the standard conference fee up to 14 calendar days prior to the conference
• 100 % of the standard conference fee if we receive your cancellation later than 14 days prior to the conference

If you do not manage to pay the conference fee in time, we reserve the right to remove your presentation from the conference programme and to remove your paper from the conference proceedings and online archive.
